Claims Agreement

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

By submitting a claim to Hooptie Shield, you agree to the following:

1. Claim Requirements

When submitting a claim, you must:

  • Submit accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Provide proof of repair (receipt/invoice)
  • Include repair shop contact info

2. Approval & Payment

  • All claims are subject to review
  • Hooptie Shield may approve, deny, or request more info
  • Payment is limited to the plan's claim and annual limits
  • Hooptie Shield may pay repair shops directly

3. Exclusions

Claims will be denied if related to:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Negligence or lack of maintenance
  • Unauthorized or unverified repairs
  • Cosmetic issues or aftermarket modifications
  • Fraudulent claims

4. Waiting Period

Claims submitted within 30 days of enrollment will be denied.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in the state of Washington.

6. User Agreement

By submitting a claim, you acknowledge:

  • You have read and understood the Terms & Conditions
  • You accept the limits and exclusions
  • This is not an insurance policy

Important Notice

This claims agreement is part of your vehicle service contract with Hooptie Shield. Please review all terms carefully before submitting a claim. Submission of false or fraudulent information may result in claim denial and policy cancellation.
